Living on a Mission in the Midwest
We are a church in Anoka, MN. Our vision is to reclaim and renew individuals, families, and the greater Anoka, MN community by the work of the Holy Spirit through the Gospel.
What to Expect on Sundays
When you join us on Sundays, we want you to feel welcome and invited to participate in worship. You will be welcomed by a greeter who can answer any questions you may have, or you can feel free to contact us in advance with additional questions.
Sunday School: Our Adult and Children’s Sunday School is at 9:15 AM on Sunday morning before morning worship. Details about Sunday school can be found on our Events page.
Nursery and Children: We warmly welcome all babies and children in the worship service with us and see it as a blessing to invite families to worship together (Psalm 127:3- “Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord”). Please feel free to sit in the sanctuary where it suits your family best. We do offer a nursery for children ages 3 and under. You will also find a small basket with books and quiet activities near the back - we invite you to let your children use these during the service if you see fit.
Communion: The Lord’s table is open to confessing believers in good standing at a Bible believing church. We celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the third Sunday of every month. We offer both wine and grape juice, and have a gluten-free bread available.
Music: We love to make a joyful noise to the Lord and we believe everyone present for worship is a part of our choir! We use a Trinity Psalter Hymnal for music selections and a piano to assist the congregation in singing.
Bibles: We invite you to follow along in your own Bible, whether a printed or electronic copy. We also provide ESV Bibles for anyone who would like to use one during the service.
